Introdcution
LLM programme is for students who are looking to expand their horizon in a specific area of law. The necessity of having a LLB degree to proceed to LLM is excluded, if you are studying with BCPS. This Specialisation confer a Masters Degree and essential for you if you are looking to excel in a specified area of law. Studying LLM with BCPS will give you unique opportunity to gain a master in Law while at work or from anywhere in the world, with cost only at 35% as compared to a UK University. BCPS LLM Tuition Programme is accredited with 5 UK Universities in respect of areas of law.
Successful completion of LLM give you progression to the PhD Degree.
Entry Requirements
To enroll in LLM programme you must have a LLB Degree or Master/Graduate Degree in any other field. If you have a Master/Graduate Degree you may have to enroll first for Postgraduate Diploma in Law. Your English proficiency should also be above 6.0 IELTS. If you have problems in English Language, than you may need to take bridging course with BCPS Language School.

You can choose from different areas of Law depending upon your interest in specialisation this includes International Law, Banking Law, Islamic Finance, Criminal Law, Equity and Trust, Contract Law, Human Rights, Environmental Law, Medical Negligence Law, IT Laws, Telecommunications Law, WTO Laws, International Commercial Law, Intellectual Property Law, Insurance Law, Construction Law. Course Content
You will be carrying out research in your chosen area of law, wherein you would need to write 5,000 words in each module and finally there will be a thesis. Depending upon your area of interest there will be exam as well. You would need to complete 9-12 modules depending on your area of interest.
Career Path
Successful completion of LLM Degree allow you to enroll for PhD. You can also join law practice as paralegal or legal executive after appropriate memberships. Teaching Law is also one of the great career associated with this degree. Study progression is onto the degree of Philosophical Doctor with great opportunities in teaching in world class Universities.

How to Study online ?
You will study in real time with live lectures from your assigned Lecturer. You will be provided with notes before each lecture, which have inbuilt links to practice the scenario questions as well. Your exams will be held in local centres near you.
